静音发电机组在前期和后期的安装

静音发电机组在前期生产后期的安装中有很多需要注意的地方。静音发电机组除具备系列柴油发电机组各项功能外,还具备以下特点:机组噪音低,总体机构紧凑,占用空间小;箱体全部为可拆卸式结构,箱体采用钢板拼接而成,表面涂有高性能防锈漆,同时具备降噪和防雨功能;箱体内部采用多层屏障阻抗错配式消声结构、内置式大型阻抗式消音器。箱体结构设计合理,箱体内部设有大容量油箱,左右同时设有两扇检修门,以便机组故障检修;同时在箱体上开有观察窗和机组紧急停机故障按钮,以便观察机组的运行情况及在机组出现紧急情况时以最快的速度停机避免机组受到损坏。今天我们谈谈静音发电机组在消音器的选择上,以及后期几个系统设置要求。

1、噪音水平

工业型:  可衰减12至18dBA

Industrial type: can attenuate 12 to 18dBA

住宅型:  可衰减18至25dBA

临界型:  可衰减25至35dBA

Critical type: can attenuate 25 to 35dBA

2、排烟系统设置

尽可能降低排烟系统的背压值。过高的背压会负面影响燃烧效率,增加排气温度,从而导致发动机功率损失,缩短其工作寿命。因此,应尽量缩短烟管长度,减少弯头个数,减少消音器阻力及增大烟管直径。

Excessive back pressure can negatively affect combustion efficiency, increase exhaust temperature, and lead to engine power loss, shortening its working life. 3、排烟出口定位

最方便的出口并非最佳的位置,设计师应综合考虑风向、建筑物设计、布局、距离及排烟流速等因素。应避免排烟进入任何重要的鲜风入口(窗、门、进风口、柴油发电机组燃烧新鲜空气入口、柴油发电机组冷却通风入口等),防止新鲜空气遭受排烟的污染;还应减少烟囱噪音对工人及邻里的影响以及排烟中含带的粉尘在相邻建筑上的堆积。

4、管路设计
