For example, a biogas project for a 10000 head pig farm can produce 80m of biogas per day, equipped with a gas generator set of about 10kW, which can meet the electricity needs of internal sewage pumps, ventilation fans, and lighting. It can achieve energy self-sufficiency without grid connection and is highly practical. Domestic leading enterprises have achieved technological breakthroughs, such as the fully fired biogas internal combustion engine generator set developed by Shengli Power Machinery Group of Shengli Oilfield, which has been successfully applied in industries such as sewage treatment and citric acid, with performance indicators gradually approaching the international advanced level.
政策扶持与资金支持,为燃气发电机组及沼气发电产业注入强劲动力。借鉴德国经验,其1990年出台的“输电法”、2000年的“可再生能源法”,通过优惠上网电价、补贴提升等政策,推动700多个沼气工程落地,而我国正加快完善可再生能源相关政策,可再生能源发电配额、绿色证书、上网优惠等政策的推进,将彻底打通沼气发电上网瓶颈。同时,大中型沼气工程实行政府、地方、企业共同投资模式,国家通过税费减免、贷款扶持等方式,鼓励社会资本投入,重点扶持燃气发电机组等专用设备生产企业,推动产业规模化、专业化发展。

从实际应用来看,燃气发电机组的规模化应用成效显著。重庆环卫集团洛碛厨余垃圾处理厂18兆瓦沼气发电项目,配备12台1.5兆瓦全自动燃气发电机组,年发电量达1.3亿度,年碳减排10万吨,可创收约5000万元,成为行业标杆。这类项目的落地,充分彰显了燃气发电机组在环保与效益上的双重价值,也印证了其在垃圾处理、污水处理等领域的广阔应用前景。
From practical applications, the large-scale application of gas-fired power generation units has achieved significant results. The 18 MW biogas power generation project of Chongqing Environmental Sanitation Group's Luoqi Kitchen Waste Treatment Plant is equipped with 12 1.5-MW fully automatic gas generator sets, with an annual power generation of 130 million kWh, an annual carbon reduction of 100000 tons, and a revenue of about 50 million yuan, becoming a benchmark in the industry. The implementation of such projects fully demonstrates the dual value of gas-fired power generation units in environmental protection and efficiency, and also confirms their broad application prospects in fields such as garbage treatment and sewage treatment.
